Meth Lab Seized from Vehicle at Wal-Mart

           On October 3, 2012 the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office Narcotic’s Unit along with the Springfield Police Department’s Narcotics Unit conducted a traffic stop in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Springfield, on a suspicious vehicle. While conducting the investigation on the traffic stop officers found a working methamphetamine lab.   The Officers utilized there methamphetamine training by containing and safely removing the Methamphetamine lab from the vehicle and rendering the lab and immediate area safe.   

            The officers secured the contaminated vehicle and lab and contacted the Tennessee Methamphetamine Task force. Upon the arrival of the Meth Task Force truck the lab and excess chemicals were packaged and turned over to the Task Force for disposal.

            Officers then decontaminated the occupants of the vehicle and arrested the suspects in the vehicle. The occupants arrested are listed as Rebecca Leigh Freguson 19yoa W/F, from White House, Tennessee and Allen Lee Poole 18yoa, W/M  from Springfield, Tennessee. Both were arrested without incident and taken to the Robertson County Detention Center for Booking.
