Major Klint Arnold, Jail Administrator

Major Klint Arnold has served with the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office for over 17 years. Major Arnold began his career as a Corrections Officers in the Corrections Division. Since then, Major Arnold has worked his way through the ranks of Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, and Captain before being appointed to Major, Jail Administrator. Major Arnold holds a bachelor’s degree of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. Major Arnold graduated High School from JoByrns High School in Cedar Hill in 2001.

Captain Scott Trelstad, Assistant Jail Administrator

Captain Scott Trelstad is a 2003 graduate of White House High School. He began his career with the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office in 2010 after returning home from a tour of service overseas with the US Army. He was assigned to the Correctional Division from 2010-2012. In 2012 he was promoted to patrol deputy and completed training at Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy. In 2016 he was promoted to patrol corporal, and in 2018 promoted to patrol sergeant. During his time on patrol, he attended numerous training classes including Standardized Field Sobriety Instructor, Taser Instructor, Critical Incident Stress Debrief Counselor, Advanced Roadside Impaired Driver Enforcement, Instructor Development, and various Leadership Academies. In 2020, he was appointed to Lieutenant of the Court Security Division.  Captain Trelstad is also a member of the Crisis Negotiations Team.
