Central Dispatch Office


Robertson County Central Dispatch is under the supervision of Sgt. Jason Pentecost and Sgt. Gail Taylor. This division of the Sheriff's Office has 12 full-time and 1 part-time dispatchers which answer all 911 calls and dispatch for many agencies including the Robertson County Sheriff's Office, Robertson County E.M.S., City of Greenbrier Police Department, City of Ridgetop Police Department, City of Cross Plains Police Department, City of Coopertown Police Department, Robertson County E.M.A., and all Robertson County Rescue and Fire Departments.
The Central Dispatch office consists of 4 complete radio dispatch consoles, each with an N.C.I.C. terminal. Central is also equipped with a 5th console which is completely mobile in the event of a major disaster. Every dispatcher must complete 40 hours of E.M.D. training, along with 40 more hours of N.C.I.C. terminal training. The training officer for Central Dispatch is Sgt. Gail Taylor. The TAC officer is Sgt. Jason Pentecost.
