Sentencing in 2017 Bomb Threats

Springfield, TN, February 23, 2018–This afternoon, Austin Scylor Holliman, 18 (D.O.B.: 3/3/99), plead guilty to conspiracy to commit terroristic threats in the Circuit Court of Robertson County.  Holliman was sentenced to 8 years (one year to serve in jail and seven years on supervised probation).

On March 6th, 2017 -Austin Scylor Holliman, was arrested and charged with one count of commission of acts of terrorism after it was found he was responsible for calling in bomb threats to Robertson County Schools.

“The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office is fully committed to providing a safe learning environment to all students in Robertson County Schools,” said Chief Deputy Michael Van Dyke.  “We will continue to be diligent in investigating and bringing to justice those that make threats against our students, teachers, and schools.”
